"Someone Who Goes Out of Their Way"

I felt compelled to send you this email indicating how one of your staff member's help and compassion helped me through a difficult situation.

On Friday evening my car (Santa Fe) broke down on the Northeast Extension of the Pa. turnpike on my way to Pittsburgh.  After calling Hyundai Assistance for a tow, they provided me with the phone number of Conicelli telling me that is where the car would be towed.  When I called the number provided, [your receptionist] answered the phone.  She could not have been more helpful at 7pm on a Friday night.  I was sitting on the turnpike, in the pouring rain, wondering what in the world was I going to do.  She provided me with phone numbers for the major rental dealers to find out if I would be able to rent something.  She also informed me that your facility would be opened until 9pm. 

At 9pm we finally pulled up with the car on a flatbed.  [Your receptionist] was standing there waiting for us.  She unlocked the door to allow us to use the facilities and to wait for our ride since we were unable to secure a rental.  It had been raining for the past two hours and therefore it was comforting to be able to get into someplace warm.  She asked if we wanted coffee, told us to sit and relax that she wasn't going anywhere till our ride came. 

She helped make a horrible situation that much easier to deal with. These days it is so hard to find someone who goes out of their way in order to help someone they don't even know.  I was fortunate that evening and believe you are too to have [such] an employee.
