Redemption
- Do customers have to pay the cost upfront and wait for a rebate?
The discount code that customers receive will cover the cost of the charger and an installation credit of up to $600. Due to hard coding of the Marketplace site, a $1 charge will be applied to the customer's credit card and credited toward the project installation cost. Any additional installation costs over $600 will be paid by the customer. If installation is canceled, the $1 charge will be refunded, and the customer will forfeit the EV charger as well. - How long will it take customers to receive a coupon code?
It typically takes 7-10 days for the customer to receive an email with the coupon code. Coupon codes will start to be sent out on or after October 1st, 2023. Customers should contact Hyundai Motor Finance if they have not received a coupon code email. - How long will it take customers to receive their charger and installation?
Installation typically occurs 7-10 days after a customer signs a contract with an installer.

- What is the total value of this promotion?
The total value of the promotion is up to $1,149. The 240-volt Level 2 ChargePoint® Home Flex EV charger has an MSRP of $549, and customers receive an installation credit of up to $600. - If a customer wants a different charger or installer than the ones offered, can they apply the value towards an alternative or receive a discount?
No, the value of the offer is non-transferable. Customers must accept the offered charger and installation by Electrum. No discounts or credits will be offered for alternatives. - How will customers know if they will need to pay any additional costs?
As installation costs vary, Hyundai Home Marketplace provides installation quotes. After creating a Hyundai Home Marketplace account, initiating the $1 credit card deposit, and providing preliminary information, customers will get a personalized, highly accurate estimate for installation costs. They can also speak with an Energy Advisor that will help guide them through the process and answer questions.
