As usual, I received exceptional service. Communication with this team is the greatest! Immediately informed of other things that maybe of importance. (Inspection) The shuttle service is very convenient and on time leaving the facility and picking you up. The waiting room is nice and so are the people that work behind the customer service desk. The service performed was a recall to ABS. The service team at this location was fantastic! They have blue, red, and green teams and each team has several employees: one person takes your keys upon arrival while you check in at desk with another person, another person checks you out, another person escorts you to your car when it's done. I was very pleased with the professionalism, friendliness, timeliness, and felt I could trust these people. I will definitely consider taking my vehicle there from now on even though it is about 30 miles from my house while the Springfield Hyundai (the location where I bought the vehicle) is only about 5. Springfield told me for over 6 months that they couldn't get the part needed to do perform the recall service to my vehicle which is ridiculous! I can only assume the company treats their employees well at Conicelli Hyundai and it shows by how happy and helpful their staff are at this location!

As per usual, Conicelli Hyundai's service department continues to excel in customer service!! I took my car in for a state and emissions inspection, an oil change, a crystal fusion refresher and a multi-point inspection. Ray was outstanding and honest with all of his work. He and his team worked their magic yet again and made sure everything on my Sonata was in perfect condition, and in a timely manner. I always take my car here because I know it's going to be well cared for, and I won't get ripped off in the process. Good and honest guys on this service team, for sure!
