I had to bring in my car for end of lease inspection and get new wipers. The service tech advisors were very nice. I never had  a problem with them in all the years I have been going there. They even called me to double check I wanted wipers. Also the shuttle gentleman, didn't get his name, was very nice and courteous. Overall good experience.

I'm still taking my 2004 Hyundai Elantra to Conicelli for Service. I feel that I am treated with respect and receive the same service as customers with newer vehicles. Everything is always explained both before and after service. Every effort is always made to accommodate any short notice issues. The shuttle service is the best.

Our Tucson is the second car purchased from Conicelli. We got all our service done there. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are pleasant and thorough and completely professional. The staff is sharp and mindful of the importance of customer relationship. I think the overall good feeling I have about dealing with Conicelli is the total LACK of concern I have that the service I receive will be the service I need and not bumped up in any way by the dealer looking to pad my bill.
